What is sous vide?
It is new technique which can realize professional restaurant cooking quality at home easily. Food is cooked in precisely controlled on temperature and time, almost no nutrient loss, you can get more nature and tender flavor when compared with any other traditional cook methods. You can cook everything from beef, chicken, pork, seafood, egg, pasta, baking, salad, dessert and so on
1: Attach the Precision Cooker to any water-filled pot
2: Fill water to the level between MIN and MAX indicators marked on the sous vide. place food in a food-grade sealed bag, vacuum-sealed or ziplock, connect to power, set time and temperature
1.Make sure the water level between the MAX and MIN mark. As the water level will rise when you add food to the container, so don't fill it up too high. When the water level goes below the MIN mark (E03 error code) or above the MAX mark (E04 error code ), it will alarm and the circulator will shut off, you can adjust the water level to resume work
2.When you set the temperature without time, the sous vide will work continually in the setting temperature until you pause the process or circulator shut off automatically when the water level goes below the MIN level
3.Unplug from outlet when not in use or before cleaning
4.Do not touch hot surfaces directly. Use handles or knobs. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance
The most suitable water level for sous vide is near MAX mark.
